SMS/Text Messaging
We collect SMS consent through our online appointment scheduling forms at www.sonoransun.net. When booking a service, customers may check the "I agree to receive text messages" checkbox to opt in to transactional SMS messages. This checkbox is optional - SMS consent is not required to purchase any service.
By opting in, you consent to receive:
- Appointment booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled service)
- Invoice and payment notifications
- Payment receipts
Message frequency: Typically 2-5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We will never sell, share, or rent your phone number or opt-in data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
